Lyrics

Mike Waterson sings One of Those Days

It’s one of those days
When no-one comes to play
Friends have all gone away
And the rain’s coming down

Still are the trees
No greeting for the breeze
All is at ease
And the rain’s coming down

And the crows talking low
And flying very slow
How would you know
There are other places you could go?

It’s a day on its own
When all things stand alone
Receiving of their own
And the rain’s coming down

It’s one of those days
When no-one comes to play
Friends have all gone away
And the rain’s coming down
